TR Box Office Manager (2002-2004) Ms. Llanes was instrumental in the transitions from a ledger card based book keeping system to Peach Tree Accounting, a fully integrated computerized accounting system with inventory controls. She developed new modern labor control policies and increased office productivity by thirty-five percent (35%). Ms. Llanes employed innovative techniques to decreased turn-around time from the placement of an order to product delivery by ten percent (10%). ELAINE LLANES PRINCIPAL EXPERIENCE Consolidated Freightways Billing Clerk (1998-2002) During her tenure at Consolidated Freightways, Ms. Llanes acquired day-to-day bookkeeping skills and total invoice control. Other projects have included investigation and review of remediation methods for sites impacted with TCE, PCB, and heavy metals. Services included discussions with regulatory agencies, review of work plans prior to submittal to agencies, scheduling, managing and/or conducting fieldwork and the preparation of the final report. EXPERIENCE (Con't) Zeiser Geotechnical, Inc. Senior Engineering Geologist Responsibilities included implementing and performing various geotechnical projects, including feasibility evaluations for proposed development, fault investigations, seismicity evaluations, slope stability and landslide stabilization, grading plan reviews, seismic refraction surveys for rippability evaluation and conducting on site geologic inspections during grading operations. Projects included hillside residential and public works projects, as well as, development of single residential and commercial lots. Office responsibilities included the preparation of proposals, budgets, schedules, staffing and report writing. Harding Lawson Associates Project Geologist Managed and conducted numerous soil and groundwater site investigations, primarily at major oil company underground storage tank facilities. Technical experience included evaluating geologic and hydrogeologic data, results of laboratory analyses, and presenting conclusions and recommendations based on applicable state statutes. Field experience included installation of groundwater and/or vadose zone monitoring wells, logging the borings collecting soil and groundwater samples and conducting aquifer pumping and slug tests. EXPERIENCE (Con't) Phillips Uranium Corporation Exploration Geologist Responsibilities included generating and evaluating new prospects and submittals concerning making recommendations on their potential. Methods used to evaluate prospects included geophysical surveys, geochemical surveys, radiometric surveys and surface mapping. Extensive field work in Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. KEN THORNBURGH INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST KENNETH A. THORNBURGH, PH.D. INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST Dr. Thornburgh has eleven-plus years of activity and experience in environmental engineering, and consulting. He has spent eight years as director of health and safety, four years at Lamar and Kent State University administrating all degree and non-degree industrial safety and hygiene programs. Dr. Thornburgh has worked three years with a national consulting firm, and was in charge of Southern California Operations. Dr. Thornburgh plays a vital role in overseeing the management of a diverse range of environmental projects contracted by the firm. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Dr. Thornburgh is an active participant in all Federal, State and Local regulations.
